Discover Sailing Day

East Fremantle Yacht Club is hosting our next Discover Sailing Day on Sunday 10 September from 9am – 12pm. Come & try dinghy sailing, keelboat sailing, stand-up paddling and more!

This is a great chance to dip your toe into the sport of sailing and see what being part of a yacht club is all about!

We’ll provide all the boats and safety equipment – just bring yourself and wear clothes & shoes you don’t mind getting wet, sunscreen & a hat.

We will have Australian Sailing certified instructors on hand to help get you out on the water and having fun.

Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the East Fremantle Yacht Club’s Annual General Meeting will be held in the Clubhouse on Thursday 24th August 2023, commencing at 1930 hours.

AGENDA:

  1. Confirmation of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 18th August 2022.
  2. Receiving of Officer’s Reports.
  3. Annual Election of Patron and Vice Patrons.
  4. Returning Officer’s Report.
  5. Notices of Motion.
  6. General Business.

All Members of the East Fremantle Yacht Club are invited to attend, however only Financial Senior, Country and Life Members are entitled to vote.

Rumble in the Reach

Rumble in the Reach 2023 is on again on Saturday 14th January. Don’t miss this epic day of on water showmanship! You don’t need to be a member to come down for lunch and a pint and watch the Sports Boats battle it out on the water right in front of the Club!

  • Centreboard racing at 10am
  • Sports Boat racing at 2pm

VIP Packages available for $120/person which includes:

  • 3hr beverage package (beer/wine/spirits)
  • Grazing table
  • Chef’s selection of canapes throughout the afternoon
