Join us in honouring our past commodore, Margaret Shiner and celebrate the end of the sailing season at our 90th Closing of the Sailing Season Event on Sunday, April 21st from 11:30am.
The day will kick off with a formal closing ceremony, featuring speeches and the firing of the cannon at 12pm, along with a sail past by the Power Section.
Get ready for the Pacer Challenge Sailing Competition and a variety of family-friendly activities on the lawn, including fun lawn games, a bouncy castle (weather permitting), and a dunk tank!
Food and drink options will be available to purchase, including a sausage sizzle, slushy machine, ice-cream sandwiches, live cooking stations, oyster shucking and bar refreshments. As the day progresses, head upstairs for live food stations in the restaurant and enjoy a DJ and live band in the river room.
This event is free and open to the public! Invite your friends and family to show off our amazing Club.
There is no need to book, just come on down and have a great time at this unmissable event!
