1.     Confirmation of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 22nd August 2024.
2.     Receiving of Officer’s Reports.
3.     Annual Election of Patron and Vice Patrons.
4.     Returning Officer’s Report.
5.     Notices of Motion.
6.     General Business.

Notices of Motion and Nomination Forms will be received by the General Manager up to 17:00 hours on Thursday 31^stJuly 2025.

All Members of the East Fremantle Yacht Club are invited to attend, however only Financial Senior, Country and Life Members are entitled to vote.
