Notice is hereby given that the East Fremantle Yacht Club’s Annual General Meeting will be held in the Clubhouse on Thursday 24th August 2023, commencing at 1930 hours.

AGENDA:

1. Confirmation of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 18^th August 2022.
2. Receiving of Officer’s Reports.
3. Annual Election of Patron and Vice Patrons.
4. Returning Officer’s Report.
5. Notices of Motion.
6. General Business.

Notices of Motion to be received by the Acting CEO Steve McWhirter up to 1700 hours on Thursday 27^th  July 2023.

All Members of the East Fremantle Yacht Club are invited to attend, however only Financial Senior, Country and Life Members are entitled to vote.
