East Fremantle Yacht Club Open Skiff Results | Refined Edge Mini Series 2026

Eight of our EFYC Open Skiff sailors attended Royal Perth Yacht Club on 7–8 February to compete in the Refined Edge Mini Series, completing 10 races across a weekend that delivered a full range of wind conditions.

Day 1 saw everything from light to strong breeze, while racing on Sunday morning was abandoned after the first race due to light winds. Fortunately, the wind filled in after lunch, allowing the regatta to conclude with a solid 10-race series.

Gold Fleet Results

Isabelle Hobson – 2nd
Harriet Mellor – 4th
Mia Anastazjew – 5th
Alby Foster – 7th
Arnaud Laroche – 9th (did not compete Sunday due to illness)

Silver Fleet Results

Lucy Smith – 2nd
Charlie Wenn – 3rd
Kelsey Smith – 10th

With multiple podium finishes and consistent performances across both fleets, our junior sailors represented EFYC with determination and sportsmanship. It’s fantastic to see their continued development and confidence at each regatta.

Well done to all sailors and families involved — go Team EFYC!
